Reverend Lee, his wife Rachel and their three youngest children arrived in Tasmania to take up the post of Rector in February 2024. Ordained in the Diocese of Grafton, Reverend Lee returns to Australia after 10 years serving as Team Rector in the Kinson and West Howe Benefice, Bournemouth - part of the Diocese of Salisbury, UK. Having completed a Bachelor of Theology at St Mark's College, Canberra, Reverend Lee is currently studying Applied Theology via Moorlands College, Christchurch, in the UK. He hopes his studies will not only help him be a faithful and effective shepherd, but also better equipped to encourage all members to be disciple-making disciples of Jesus as they proactively and supportively engage with their local communities. |

Reverend Mark has recently been appointed to the new role of Assistant Minister with a particular focus on Outreach & Community Connections across the parish. Mark first started following Jesus at university after reading through Mark’s gospel and coming face to face with the wonderful love of God at the cross of Jesus. He has since worked as an architect, before serving as a staff worker on university campuses, State coordinator for the Bible Society in Tasmania, Community Pastor with All Saints Launceston, and more recently as Associate Minister in the Parish of Longford & Perth. He was ordained in the Diocese of Tasmania. Mark is married to Lucy and they have two adult children: Sam and Naomi. He enjoys long walks, short books, and creative projects. Above all, he enjoys helping people better understand the Bible, in order to better understand God’s love to us in Jesus. |
